First off, Congratulations!
You’ve worked hard to get here—now it’s time to celebrate it!! My goal is to capture this milestone in a way that feels true to you. Whether it's hitting all the iconic spots on campus or a trip to your favorite overlook or waterfall, I’m here to make sure your session feels relaxed, enjoyable, and authentically you!
I mainly work with graduates from Western Carolina University but also travel to meet grads across Western North Carolina and back home in Huntsville, Alabama. I’ve had the opportunity to photograph over 50 graduates and always enjoy capturing this exciting milestone! I’d love to help you celebrate with photos that feel real and true to you.
My approach.
Grad photos shouldn’t feel stiff or stressful, they should feel like you! I’m here to make the whole experience easy and relaxed, guiding you along the way so you’re never left wondering what to do. No awkward poses, no pressure—just a fun session where you can be yourself and celebrate this big moment.
What to expect!
Once you reach out, I’ll help you plan the perfect session, making sure to incorporate all the spots you love and picking a date that works for you. I’ll send over a session invitation, contract, and invoice, as well as a session preparation guide to help you feel comfortable and confident going into your session. I’ll stay in touch leading up to the day with weather updates and any important details. When the day comes, we’ll meet up for a relaxed and fun session! Your photos will be delivered within 2 weeks. If you need sneak peeks for announcements, just let me know—I’m happy to send them your way!
"Highly recommend Eleanor! She took my daughter's graduation photos and I could not be happier with how they turned out! Eleanor was professional and thorough, and made my daughter feel at ease. She also brought out her best smiles!"

FAQ
How far in advance should I book my session?
If you're wanting photos during grad season, the sooner you reach out the better! March and April get REALLY busy really fast. If you’re looking for photos outside of those months, scheduling is usually much more flexible.
What locations do you recommend for photos? Can I suggest my own?
Your session location is completely up to you! We can take your photos on campus, on the parkway, we can go hiking on your favorite trail... Have a passion for paddleboarding? We'll get you some pictures on your SUP! I'll be here to help you decide and give you guidance on the order of everything.
Can I bring friends, family, or pets to the session?
Absolutely! Family and friends are great for helping with hair and props as well as making your session all around more fun! You are also more than welcome to bring a pet. I have a dog of my own that I will be including in my grad photos, and I am happy to help make that possible for you!
How many photos will I receive, and when can I expect them?
You can expect to receive at minimum between 25-100 photos depending on the length of your session. I am a chronic over-shooter and almost always over-deliver! You will have your online gallery within 2 weeks of your session date. If you need photos sooner, I can send you a small sneak peek—just ask!
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
I am quite flexible and handle cancellations and rescheduling on a case by case basis.
How long does a session typically last?
I offer both 30 minute and one hour sessions for on campus graduate photos! But if you're looking for something more grand or far, please let me know and we can plan something perfect for you!
What should I wear for my grad photos?
Many grads choose to wear a nice outfit and take their gown on and off throughout the session. If you want an outfit change, please let me know! I'd be happy to plan that into your session time.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my shoot?
If the weather is bad the day of your session, we will reschedule as soon as both of our schedules allow! If it is cloudy, no worries! Overcast actually makes the best lighting.
Do you offer sneak peeks?
I do, by request! Please let me know if you are in need of some for grad announcements or other things.
How do I receive my final photos? Will they be digital, prints, or both?
Your edited photos will be delivered through an online gallery, ready for you to download and enjoy. You’re welcome to print them wherever you’d like and share them online—just give me a tag when you do!
